Workshops at the Suffolk Food Hall Cookhouse cover a range of everyday loaves for those wishing to learn the skill of bread-making and more elaborate creations to further add to this expertise. Hands-on and informal, we practise using kneading, plaiting, proving, scoring and glazing techniques to produce wonderfully fragrant bread.
Includes all ingredients, worksheets and refreshments – you take home all the lovely bread you have created so bring a suitable large basket for hot loaves and your apron!
